  • Returns only on damaged or defective items (within 3–5 days of delivery).
  • Exchange allowed within 7 days for size issues — unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • No returns on custom-sized or stitched items.

📦 How to Request an Exchange

Follow these 4 simple steps:

1. Submit a Request Within 3 Days

Email us at [email protected] with:

  • Order number (To get order id check your email recieved at the time when you place order)
  • Reason for exchange
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or size issue)
  • Provide Your Contact Number

2. Get Approval

Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

3. Ship The Product Back

Once approved:

  • You’ll be asked to send the item back in its original condition and packaging.
  • Shipping charges for returns are borne by the customer (unless the item was faulty/damaged).

4. Receive Your Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item within 3–5 business days.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom-stitched or made-to-measure dresses
  • Worn, washed, or damaged products due to misuse
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

  • Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

  • We do not offer refunds at this time. Exchanges or store credit only.

Refunds: If an order has been cancelled before dispatching, it can qualify for a refund to the credit card used for the order.
